I own the new Galaxy Buds+, and they're great! I just have a couple of issues.
1. Whenever I activate the ambient sound, and especially at max capacity, they start to emit a strange feedback to sound whenever I put them or remove them from my ears/charging case.
2. Whenever I pause and unpause a video I'm watching, whether from YouTube or any other app, the video and sound synchronization starts to to not function properly (i.e. the sound would either be a few milliseconds ahead of behind the video).
I've run all the troubleshooting and exchanged for a new pair with no solution. I hope that this can be solved with a new software patch.
