Hi,
If the promotion was from samsung u will find it on ur new phone on the samsung members app on the benefit section and if samsung didn't promote the promotion then u will have to contact the network that did.

I claimed my free buds on 28th April.
I received a text from Samsung to say they had received my claim and would update me within 7 days.
No update text has been received, no email confirmation was ever received and I can't find any trace of my claim in my Samsung account.
What is going on? Seems pretty shoddy service.
