Free ear buds with ee contract

Hi does anyone know how long it takes to recieve your free pair of ear buds when you've took out the contract with ee I've recently upgraded to the a53 and the buds was in the offer it's been 2 weeks and still not received them.

I don't have the link I searched the EE forum and there are a lot of posts there with the same issue as you. I'm at work so don't have time for this..

I've just rung them they've sent a link but it's saying the claim form is closed

As I say put all the info you have now in an EE forum post and one of the mods will pickup the issue and sort it out.

They did automatically send the ear buds out I didn't have to claim for them.
