Free buds

WHY when I placed my S22 order were the free buds advertised, but when I tried to claim them realised the cut off date was a month earlier? Feel like I've been conned.

Wasn't the cut off date April 4th or 5th. I placed an order on a s22 ultra and I was eligible for buds. Order placed on 25th March.

If you placed your order before the cut off date. Or purchased before the cut off date
Then you are still eligible to claim. But there will be a time limit to claim. Unfortunately I can't remember that at the moment

@cp166  Glad that you are within the eligibility window,  obviously still a bit of time to claim but best to do so as soon as possible. Certainly Members will help on here  but generally customers should check the requirements.
