Is anyone having trouble loging on to claim the free earbuds

This may sound strange and stupid,

But a lot of us had issues registering for samsung care when we got the new foldable phones, it wouldnt recognise our imei numbers or would fail, but there was a work around.

Try opening and incognito tab in your browser and try putting your claim through on that.

It may help. Samsungs website is awful when it comes to claiming the free stuff.

I've just spoken to them and they're having technical issues ATM said it will hopefully be resolved tomorrow
