Every hour, the two buds of my Galaxy Buds2 will desync for a second, then lose all sound, and then start working again.

I have recently purchased Buds2 and have been experiencing this problem since the start and regardless of which device I'm connected to, meaning the problem lies in the Buds themselves. This issue happens regardless of the Buds' battery level.

I will try to explain the issue in greater detail. After connecting to a device like my phone or laptop successfully - which I have no issues in doing so - every 45 to 60 minutes or so, the following occurs:

1. The right and the left buds suddenly become desynchronized with a small phase shift. This will continue for a second or so.

2. After this, both of the buds' sounds will cease for a second or so.

3. Everything will turn back to normal as if nothing had happened.

At first, it didn't bother me all that much but having this happen nonstop without any apparent fix makes me now want to return these. It's a shame that my old Galaxy Buds went missing, with which I had no similar problems. However, I am satisfied with Buds2's overall design and sound quality, so I am hoping that the issue can be fixed. Galaxy Buds2
