Samsung are a joke! they had a deal going whereby you purchased a certain product in my case it was a new tablet through their company website costing over £400 about a year ago now! and they give you free headphones! Guess what! Never got them! even when they requested the receipt, day, time and all the rest of it. Messages backwards and forwards and still no headphones! If if wasn't for the fact that I rate the tablet which I love using I would have told them to stick their company where the sun doesn't shine!!! Dissapointed with their sales Dept is an understatement! 👎
