Duo wireless charger

We seem to have a problem with our brand new charger. We are using the adapter that came with the charger but no lights are on and the charger is not charging anything! Assume that this is broken and needs to go back?

I would go back to where you have purchased it from for them to test it, swap it or refund you... especially when its a new product.
