Duo wireless charger too sensitive for watch?

Hi all.

I have a gear S3 Frontier and it seems like the watch has to places "just so" on the pad to charge, and even then, it sometimes will revert to flashing the led on the charger, when thebwatxhbhas not moved!

Has anyone else seen or experienced this?

I have the correct wall charger and cable that came with the Duo.

Oh  and is that opening below a fan?

And if so, should we hear it?

I hear nothing.

Did you manage to get this sorted? Is this the original Samsung Wireless Charger Duo and where was it purchased?

Hi, no one replied and no, not sorted and purchased from best buy, why

As this is classed as an accessory, if you think the product is faulty, the resonsibility would rest with the retailer. Have you spoken to them directly?

My one does exactly the same thing.

same thing . charges for a few minutes and stops charging and the red led blinks.
