DUO wireless charger LED has stopped working

Recently bought a Samsung Duo wireless charger and everything worked fine , untill tonight put my S3 Frontier on charge but LED for it will not  illuminate , it still charges the watch but LED does not work. 

The duo is only 4 weeks old so i expected no problems with it . Is it just a faulty unit ? or is there a fix for this problem

Have you tried unplugging from the mains supply for a few minutes before plugging back in? We know it sounds a little simple but you'd be amazed how many times some issues are resolved this way!

1st thing i did was try that but no good still got same fault , tried another watch same fault so contacted amazon who replaced the unit as faulty , new one has arrived and all is good again and even better the replacement one was £10 cheaper ! result !!!!
