Dex station malfunction

I have received my promotion from Samsung, the dex station yesterday. After all it turned out that the producted did not work at all. I tried many different ways but no signs that it works at all, the only good thing about it is that there is original samsung charger with it.

Does anyone knows who I can contact or what to do with ?

Appreciate you’ve tried troubleshooting already. 

 

Have you set up the Dex as described in > Set up Dex with Note 8.

 

It might be worth checking out any monitor devices , keyboard and mouse your connecting and any cables too.

Actually i did all the steps as described and I have tested my monitor and cable in case they dont work properly but it seems that only dex station is not working.

Any suggestion

Can you take the Dex to a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre location to have it looked at ?
