I'm trying to claim my Free Ear buds pros and tag after purchasing My S21+ with EE but everytime I click on link it says 503 service unavailable

Definitely feeling scammed! Gott mew s22 ultra around 5-6 weeks back I think give or take. Went and claimed the free buds (free buds being the only reason I went for this phone) had to put the IMEI number and all that jazz in, hadn't heard anything so someone on live chat today said to go on here click the benefits tab and then the pre order tab... there is no pre order tab and no I've no idea how to sort it! Scam much ......

I actually got mine, the original reason I couldn't get them was due to the website being under maintenance
