I'm trying to claim my Free Ear buds pros and tag after purchasing My S21+ with EE but everytime I click on link it says 503 service unavailable

I read on the EE website the buds etc follow 30 days later unless the account is in debt, I'm unsure though.

Same issue here the form doesn't load properly or consistently...reflects shockingly on Samsung as a quality brand...
