Claiming my free buds Pro and Samsung Tag

I'm trying to claim my Free Ear buds pros and tag after purchasing My S21+ with EE but everytime I click on link it says 503 service unavailable

I'm the same get the 503 error at random times through the process.

Hi,
You will have to contact EE as they offered the buds on their promotion. Keep nagging them and they will sort it out for u. Other members have done this.

I have only just got to claim mine took me all day final got some where at 1aclock in the morning i went though www.samsungpromotion.claims21gift

Hope this helps people take up to 45day to be delivered as well you got to upload proof of you phone imi date of when got you phone ect
