Does anyone know if these earphones are good

Or any higher quality ones cause I'm sadly forced to quit buds pro due to medical issues.

I have them, they're a good few years old now. Great for blocking out noise from kids or all the fans I have on when it's hot. The EQ on the app is garbage, it has no presets so takes a bit of effort to get set up. They're pretty comfy to wear too but they're pretty big. I only use these when I'm either looking to concentrate on something and want to block external noise out or if I'm watching a film & want peace to enjoy it (I used to use them with the old Samsung VR headset, that was a great combo!). Most of the time I use my airpods though just for convenience.

I just got 3 questions for this,

1. Do they have ambiance like buds pro

2. Do they automatically swap to ambiance (if it has it) when you speak

3. Do they work well with all types of vr headsets

They have 2 different ambiance modes, ambient aware & TalkThru, this can be activated by pressing a button on the underside.

I can't say whether they'd work on any specific VR headsets, the old Samsung one used my phone for it's display, I have however used successfully with various phones, laptops & TVs, you can also have two devices connected at the same time, eg phone & TV, but I've found it doesn't always switch to the right source.

I find the N700NC  works  well for my needs, the nose cancelling is effective and the sound quality is pretty impressive , though the EQ may not be ideal.  For the instance  higher quality Sennheiser  or Bose  ones would be an alternative.  some details here https://www.techradar.com/news/audio/portable-audio/best-wireless-headphones-1280344
