samsung isn't accepting my letter I got from 3 so annoyed have 2 contracts first contract got accepted just other won't accept

7 times iv sent different emails/ screenshot now they want the delivery note which came in my bag obviously I threw it away over a month ago I'm not giving in yet lol

i have asked them but the just keep sending same letter

so frustrating I bloody upgraded so won't get proof of purchase cause I didn't buy the phone
maybe three need to change there wording
