Hi everyone ive got the Samsung galaxy watch 3 45mm lte and the body composition function is on the watch, but how to I get it to work?

Download the Samsung Health app to your phone, plus the Galaxy Wearable app. GW acts as the "go-between" for data collated on the watch, and SH allows you to monitor different health functions, such as: stress, sleep, etc.

I have both the wearable and the health apps, but can't find out how to get the body composition function to work?

Not sure how it works with GW3, since I have the GW2, which I enter manually by weighing myself and including my bmi index to it.
