@IMROD: I had a quick look on the Phonak website, and they suggest switching the devices off for 5 seconds, then back on again to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. On the phone/tablet itself please go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > Turn this on, and look for the hearing aid in the Available Devices list. Please be aware that your phone must meet the following minimum requirements.
Bluetooth Version 4.2, Android 6.0 or higher.
