I got my s21 plus from currys pc world but im not sure how to get the free buds

Go to Samsung Members app and go to benefits section. Find the offer that you qualify for and then apply. Wait far too long for a response after which you will wait months for your buds....simple.

you will need a photo of the imei1 from the box and a picture of the receipt as proof of purchase.
