Anyone else in this situation 45 days are up

So 45 days ends Saturday and still no sign of my keyboard case, cover. 
Anyone else in the same situation and know what to do to get it sorted?

Not yet but I have tried contacting the relevant team and getting nothing, thinking the best course of action is to raise a dispute via my Barclaycard.

So has anyone achieved contacting anyone to sort this mess out? Still haven't managed to get through to anyone.

Thank you, but tracking is no good, its been over 45 days and nothing has changed on the tracking. I've called samsung helpline several times today gone round in circles, and emailed last week and still no response 😑
