I did mine on March 18th and got my buds live yesterday 17th April, was waiting for some time before I got email saying they were on way. I took screenshot as proof of purchase, it had original order number & date and had to wait till got me s21 before I could claim, once it came I did every step online,. Hopefully you don't have to wait long and if you have the complete information code track the order and then contact Samsung about it if you haven't heard anything
