Adapter not working/ charging

My adapter 1X 25W Travel Adapter (w/o cable)

EP-TA800NBEGG has stopped working . 

I bought this when i bought the phone few months back.

Anyone knows whether i can return it to the Kings Cross store and get a replacement ??
