A3 Neon case not working

The neon case on my A3 (2017) has stopped working, Android update yesterday. Was that the cause or has the case failed? Original Samsung case purchased in April 2017. Any ideas?

Hey @chaz_m!

We'd suggest trying a soft reset on the phone, to see if this is a temporary issue. You can do this by pressing and holding Volume Down and Power until the phone restarts. 

Make sure all of your apps are up to date within the Play Store and Galaxy Apps. 

If you're still having problems, we'd recommend contacting your retailer for support.

Hello. I have this same issue almost two years.

Now I figured it out that in my case it always when I charge meý phone the flip cover stops working.

I have tried several things to avoid this problem and now I think that if I disabled the wlan before I charge my phone the flip cover still works ok.

Android 8.0.0 - and no updates are available anymore for this phone ( since July-2019.)
