right galaxy bud doesnt charge

when i put the buds back in the case, the left one charges perfectly, however the right one doesnt seem to charge. 

i have done all the steps provided previously such as deleting the cache and updating the app. none of these worked what can i do to solve this issue

Hey @JoeWrafter! Can you make sure that there is no dirt on the magnetic charging connectors of the right Galaxy Bud? This may be preventing the right bud from charging correctly.

cleaned them and still having the issue, what else shall i do
