Hello,
My gear S3 updated from Tizen 3 to Tizen 4 some months ago, and as a result of that, the one app I purchased disappeared from the list of purchased apps (receipt is also gone). But in the Galaxy Store, it still showed me as an owner so I did not think much of it.
Now, I updated to a new phone (Galaxy A50), but the purchased app is gone.
Anything I can do to get it back?
