Whatsapp in gear sport

Can anyone help. 

I updated my WhatsApp on my android phone a week ago. I can no longer reply using my gear sport. 

I hit hit reply and it says check phone?

All other apps work fine.

I’d say that Samsung will work on fixing the bug now that you have posted it here in the forums. They check this regularly so you can be sure it will be fixed soon.

In the meantime, I would recommend resetting, reinstalling etc. to try and fix it yourself! Hope you fix it.

Done a hard reset twice. Re installed WhatsApp. Even the live chat at Samsung can't help.

The problem is WhatsApp they are saying!

If WhatsApp is the problem I would report it. Here’s a link to where you can contact them for support: https://www.whatsapp.com/contact/?subject=messenger. I would have submitted the bug for you but I thought you might want to do it yourself. 

I think that that they should be quite quick to fix it but I wouldn’t count on it. Although, In the past when I chatted to Facebook support (WhatsApp is owned by Facebook), they were very quick to respond.

I have the exact same problem.  It was working fine until about three weeks ago.

Come on Samsung, fix it please!
