Watch active not working after update

Hi. I have just done the latest update for my galaxy watch active and now the watch doesn't work. It doesn't monitor my sleep, heart rate or stress and won't let me go into anything to do it manually. 

All widgets say loading and have done for about 6 hours now but nothing else. 

I have tried resetting and charging the battery so it is full but still nothing

Are you still having this issue? If so, when you mentioned resetting the Watch, did you carry out a factory reset? Have a look here.

Hi 

I had only switched it off and on again lol 

I have now done a factory reset and it is working
