I have a new Samsung Gear - the steps are not being counted accurately. I am still wearing my fitbit to compare and they don't agree by over 2000 steps.
@Emma23: Please can you confirm the model number of your new Gear? If you are wearing the Gear and Fitbit on the same wrist, please try removing the Fitbit or moving it to your other wrist to see if this helps with your measurements. If you have the watch connected to your phone via the Wearables app then I recommend that you enable 'Location' so the phone is able to accurately pin point your location and measure distance traveled.
