I just recieved the gear watch today generation 1 which i have wanted for the longest time, only to find out after having a live chat with samsung that its not my watch or phone S4 thats the issue its the app itself. I got my partner to try with S6 and nope still dont work. It alwayd crashes at 100% when connecting to watch tried everything from factory reset on watch to reinstallig app deleting cache.
Its really upsetting as i wanted it to work for when i go on holiday on the 28th but looks like that wont happen 😞
