Watch and phone are both logging activity which is giving innaccurate calorie burn and active minutes. I want to turn off work out auto detect on my phone or set watch as default
To prevent your phone from automatically recording workout data please open S health on your phone > Tap the 3 dots in the top right corner > hit 'Settings' > Detect Workouts > Move slider to the left so it greys out.
Thank you! I have one correction, i have an S7, not an S8. That option doesn't come up for me to turn off auto detect within s health. Any other suggestions?
