Samsung Pay on Gear S3 in UK

I bought my Gear S3 from Hong Kong and live in the UK. I also bought my Note 8 from Hong Kong .

Samsung Pay works on my Note 8 like  a breeze. No issues at all.

Samsung Pay on my Gear is a nightmare. Doesnt work at all!! My cards are registered perfectly but when I try to pay at the terminal just keeps on saying to Present the card again.

I had deleted the Samsung Pay app on my phone. I factory reset the gear. Installed Samsung Pay on my gear perfectly registering all my cards perfectly and then reinstalled Samsung Pay on my Note without any issues. Still no joy. Works great on my Note 8 but on the gear it doesn't.

I am in touch with Samsung but any ideas from you guys would be really appreciated as it is really frustrating.

Similar to you I was going to.import a Samsung Note Fe into the UK but most who did found Samsung Pay didn't work because the device had been released for another country with that version of firmware and csc code on it. 

I think your fortunate that it actually works on your phone !

Unfortunatley I do not have an answer on how your going to get past this situation.
