Samsung Galaxy Watch not detecting distance while running on treadmill

Hi

can someone help on this?  I have a samsung galaxy watch and i realised, while running on treadmill, it does in detect distance ran, only time, heartrate and number of steps taken (which is at time, not accurate too).

any way of setting the distance too?

Same problem on my Watch 5 

i reset my watch but nothing better
