@777-300ER: While it isn't possible to produce an excel spreadsheet of the data captured on your Galaxy Watch, the S Health app will keep a record of your data to help you keep track of it. Simply go to Apps > Health > Heart Rate and tap 'Measure', or scroll to 'Auto HR Settings' and select 'Frequent' or 'Always' depending on your preference. All captured data can be viewed below the 'Measure' button. I appreciate that this isn't what you were after, but I hope that it helps.
