I have the problem, that my Gear Sport is stuck in a Rebootloop . So it auto turns off and on every 5 sec. I noticed it during a normal swim without diving. I tried let the watch die and then turn it on, but no effect.
Hey @xbeast2k! Is the battery low when the smartwatch either turns off or restarts unexpectedly? Also, are you using the official Samsung charging dock and USB cable to charge your smartwatch?
No, the battery level is not necessary. I loaded my Swatch with the original Dock. Even when my Battery is full, the booting can't be completed. So i can't boot anyway.
