Returning a watch to physical samsung shop

Bought an active 2 on saturday and got it home. Took out of box and tried on for 10 minutes and it's too small on my wrist. Looks stupid as I have larger wrists. Watch hasn't been switched on or phone paired etc but the seal on the box has been opened. 

Can I still return it in the 28 day returns policy?

@M17tty: It depends on the retailers returns policy, but in general you should be fine so long as you're within 30 days of the purchase date and the product itself hasn't been damaged in any way.

Hi

i bought it from a Samsung experience shop, so a real Samsung shop. It says on the receipt it's ok to return with 30 days as long as it's not damaged and not opened. I have however opened the box so damaged the seal.......
