Currently remote connection is not working anymore for me. Also backup is not working, can't even see my old backups. Getting message 'can't reach samsung cloud' from wearable app. And when trying to activate reactivation lock I also get an error message. All used to work perfectly, and suddenly stopped working a day or 2 ago. Seems like samsung cloud issues to me. Unfortunately samsung support is not hearing me here in europe, 2 days of chatting with 1st line support and no solution yet. 3x factory resets of watch, creating brand new Samsung account, pairing to another phone, nothing....getting desperate. Seems they're not listening to what I try .... Maybe somebody listening here?
