Four days ago I contacted support because Samsung Pay kept popping up on my watch, every few minutes ... to sign up for it. This completely drained the battery, within hours.
At the same time, the watch stopped all other notifications, stopped turning on when I lifted my arm, stopped measuring hr, stopped automatically tracking exercise ... basically stopped doing everything, other than telling time.
Contacted tech support and was told to ship it back to be fixed. They noted battery doesn't fully charge. No idea why they thought this was the problem.
So, I uninstalled Pay and the watch plug in. Annoying pop ups stopped, but nothing else works on the thing. I rebooted the watch multiple times.
Any help would be appreciated because I am ready to toss the thing.
