No option to answer call, can only reject

I've just connected my watch to my new phone the pro 30.  When someone rings me I only get the option to reject the call.  No option comes up to answer it.  I've switched all my notifications on and it's still the same.  My wife has the same phone and watch but 42mm version and hers is fine.

Which Gear Watch are you using? Is this the Galaxy Watch? Have you checked the software of your Wearables App and your Gear itself are completely up to date?

I just bought a galaxy watch 3 lte, have excatly same issue. over 1 year passed Samsung still doesn't have a solution.
