No Gear S2 notications since software update

I have a Gear S2 Classic and a S7 edge and since the recent Gear software update I no longer receive notifications on the watch and the battery life on the watch is noticably poorer than it was before - I have to fully charge the watch daily whereas previously it would last 2 days easily.

 

Has anyone else experienced this and is there a solution?

Thanks for the reply, notifications are working again and battery life has improved without any input from myself.

Must have been gremblins in the machine

Hello,

Please check Settings > Notifications in the Gear manager application.

It could be that notification were deactivaed since update.
