Missing Heart Rate during workout.

Hi everybody,

I have a problem with my samsung active. In 70% of my workout the watch wont tracke my heart rate. I've tried tighten the wristband or move the watch to a "different" spot on my arm and i cant get it to work reliable.

Just for your information i mosty make HIIT workouts, but the problem also exists while running or worikng out at the gym.

Has anyone solution to this problem.

I am having the same issue. Any replies or suggestions from Samsung would be appreciated! I've tried the same fixes, but nothing has worked consistently. My workouts mainly consist of running and yoga.
