Left ear bud sound quality

The sound quality in my left ear bud is low. I've clean, reset (phone/earbuds), verified latest version; Left earbud still not working. Can you some assist me please?

Hi , I take it you have cleaned the sensors on the ear bud itself ,?

Yes, I've clean the sensors....three times...

My left earbud is not working after many attemps.

I'd contact Samsung or wherever you bought them from

@CarlH can you please help me I'm having the same issue with my left earbud which is much quieter than my right earbud and I tried cleaning blowing and sucking on it gently resetting bluetooth I've tried everything and no results so can you please reply back because also their is no way I could contact samsung services and get it repaired do to Covid 19
