The sound quality in my left ear bud is low. I've clean, reset (phone/earbuds), verified latest version; Left earbud still not working. Can you some assist me please?

Sometimes there is an ( ! ) Next to the bud with a fault , have you reset the buds in the app and unpaired then re-paired ?

Hi, I preformed the first step....find my bud feature for about 30 seconds...it did not work; sound quality still low. I'm allowing the buds to drain, then charge. #hopefull.

The second step did not work. I drain the buds recharged; left ear sound quality oa low. Every tip you provide me yields unsuccessful results. Do you another channel to get some results?
