Updated Galaxy Watch Designer to the latest version and getting a Java error when trying to start the program.

"Java was started but returned exit code=13"

Java is also updated to the latest version as far as I can see and had no problems running the application before.

Any ideas welcome.

Hello,

uninstall your JRE 8 and install the new version JRE 8u202.

I have the same problème with the JRE 8u201!

You can find the JRE version directly on the oracle site :

Default java download is x32 version.  Uninstall java from Windows, run watch designer installer, it will prompt a message and link you to the x64 java installer.
