Iconx 2018 left earbud issue


I bought a pair of 2018 iconx earbuds back in Feb and use then once a week for about an hour a time in the gym with my Samsung s8+. The left earbud has decided to stop working about after 30 mins of use and shows as a blank icon with an exclamation icon on the wear app. I have to reset it each time my putting a paper clip in the whole at the top until it resets. Does anyone else have this issue? I am thinking of returning them as it's annoying mid workout!

This really sounds like a case of bad luck (and warranty). There is nothing else I can realistically advice. ^^'
