In my watch auto Heart rate is not recording if Auto HR setting is set to frequent. The watch is detecting my workout automatically but it is not recording any heart rate during the workout. but as per the manual of watch it must record the heart rate irrespective to any setting if workout is being detected. please help me to solve this issue.
i am attaching the screenshot for ref. 01 is taken when AUTO HR setting was set to Always and 02 is taken when it was set to frequent. 03 is taken after resetting the watch with setting as frequent as instructed by the Samsung Customer Care.
my watch is updated with tizen vr 4.0.0.1
