I recently purchased a Samsung Gear s3 Frontier Watch which developed a glitch. 

 

In the Uk we have 30 days to have an issue sorted out in-house and after 30 days its then a repair only. 

 

Ive owned the watch for 12 days. 

 

The staff passed the watch to the Tech Guy but because the issue was intermittent its difficult to be able to see the glitch exactly when you want to !

 

10 minutes later the member of staff had a brand new watch infront of me. 

 

Thats service.    :smiling-face:
