Hi.
I've been taking my weight and activity very successfully for the last 6yrs with Fitbit but fancied a change.
The gear sport though is useless for tracking calories and barely awards me any extra calorie burn when I do a large mountain ascent and descent than when doing 10k steps at work! Even allowing for over credit of Calorie burn by Fitbit this is way off the mark and unsafe for weight management.
I'm now seeking advice on how to get a refund as it's not fit for purpose. I've seen similar issues in the US forum but not here?
