Gear s3 switching its self off when charging

Hi,

If this was my watch I'd check the settings or apps downloaded just to ensure nothing is there which maybe causing this.

If not then I'd Factory Reset.

If that didn't help then locate the most local Samsung Service Location to have a diagnostic run on it.

Thanks have checked it all ready and nothing running that shouldn't have tried resetting still no joy only 2 weeks old going to send back and get another thought it might have been something simple before I returned it love the watch wonder what the s4 is going to be like

You're welcome. 

I used the gear s2 classic but sent it back. 

In the UK we have 2 weeks to send it back if bought online. 

If your within your cooling off period then I'd certainly agree to send it back.
