@Tommy19: In the user manual it states that you should "rinse it with clean water and dry it thoroughly with a clean, soft cloth." It also says "Do not expose the device to water moving with force," so I would avoid running it under a tap, for instance, and instead run some water into the sink and rinse it in that manner.
