Gear S3 Alarm stopped working after Update

My Gear S3 Classic Alarm stopped working for me after the May 20th update.  The alam widgets are not working,  the message on the watch says loading  but never does, it says , "Loading failed tapto reload", it never does. If you try to add an alarm through the watch app menu's it just freezes or crashed. Please push a update to fix this is an important part of the watch15584173566998541479281812786908.jpg

I preformed a reset and the alarm is now working.

Do you lose all info on watch from reset?

Yes I reluctantly did a reset,   Make sure you do a complete backup of your watch beforehand, However I did lose a lot of little settings as well as all my Samsung pay cards had to be reauthorized which is a pain the butt.

Exact same issue here.  I really don't want to reset the watch and I expect that Samsumg will push out an update or give guidance on the issue soon... but, maybe I am being too altruistic and\or naive about Samsung's commitment to issues such as this.

My alarm no longer works after updating software yesterday. The screen either does nothing or the screen goes blank when I tap on the alarm menu.  The alarms are probably the feature i use the most on this watch.  Please fix this. Considering the cost of this watch this is unacceptable.

I'm shocked (maybe I shouldn't be) that Samsung has not identified this concern and publish guidance for their many users. I believe they're burying their heads in the sand. Samsung, I expected so much more from you and this definitely makes me reconsider my commitment to your products.
